Mr. Dickson served as the Head of the ICT department at ESF Sha Tin College for 27 years, specializing in innovative curriculum design; he also initiated the Media department and led both ICT and Media departments. Proficient in teaching IGCSE, A Level, IB MYP & DP, STEAM, and BTEC L2 & L3, he has developed the Diploma in Applied ICT examination course for Cambridge International Examinations. Passionate about the power of creativity in technology education, he is also a published children's author with several successful books for young readers.

He has guided many students to be admitted in music universities, such as Shanghai Conservatory of Music, Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, and Cincinnati Conservatory of Music. His fields cover classical music, jazz, pop and improvisation. His educational philosophy is to use the colors of music to enrich students' life and add improvisational elements to the palette of music to make it more colorful.

Holding a Master teaching certificate, he expertly guides students through a rich variety of subjects, including English, Science, History, and Art. What makes his classes truly special? Before stepping into the classroom, Scott traveled the globe as an international photojournalist for publications like National Geographic and authored 17 books on culture and travel. As a native English speaker with intermediate Mandarin skills, he uses his extraordinary global adventures to spark curiosity and bring daily lessons to life for our students.
